In the beginning I thought that after the first time it wouldn’t be painful anymore but it actually took several tries before I was comfortable physically. I think I started expecting it to hurt and that made it worse. Something that helped was encouraging myself to think about what parts were feeling good and that helped me relax mentally and then physically.

I admire men who can wait it says that they have more respect for themselves and they have high standards and not allow desperate people brainwashed them to think a virgin should be shamed. Having sex won’t make you cool and mature it makes you a desperate person so desperate to get fucked to be apart of the cool crowd.

Love this! My sexual debut was well over 10 years ago, but I appreciate the tips and language used. I would have loved this video at the time, and I hope it is watched by many! My own sexual debut was an overall pleasant experience. I am a female, and my male partner had waited almost 2 years for me to be ready, so I was in a very loved and safe position. Something I am very privileged to say. I do remember some mild pain, but only for a short time. Thank you for mentioning the clean up...definitely something to know before hand if possible!

My first time was not awkward since me and my boyfriend felt already safe and intimate with each other but I can say that it was somehow weird and we both didn't really enjoy it. It also didn't hurt that much... just know that the other times of intercourse will have nothing to do with the first one.

Thanks for that great video. And as a person who is yet to experience her sexual debut, I will definitely start using this wording. But I’d like to add something to the „Hymen-theory“, because the Hymen actually doesn‘t break it. It‘s very elastic and therefore it is almost impossible to break. However intercouse can cause tearing, which then can causes pain (and bleeding). But most people with a vagina actually don‘t experience pain and bleeding during their first time.

Also......condoms......make sure, somehow, that your partner isnt allergic to latex. I discocvered my letex allergy the hard way when a boyfriend was using regular latex condoms and I kept getting irritated inside. I ended up with a mild infection because of the irritation. Turns out, my mum also has a latex allergy

the advice i would give you is to talk to a sex coach/sex therapist in real life. They are very nice and can answer all the questions because they have studied the subject.

Depends. I’m young enough to be your daughter and idk if I’m a good advisor (I have only had 1 sexual partner) but sex can be good. Really really unimaginably good, both mentally and physically. I consider myself very lucky though, for most of my friends and acquaintances it’s either just a normal routine thing and “nothing special”, or worse- “mid”.

Sorry to hear that 💔 If you haven't had your debut yet, my advice is: Take it slow, use lots of lube, make sure you're comfortable with the person you're doing it with. And like they said, do foreplay it helps relax you. Feel free to take breaks and come back to it. Or just go as far as you can and then stop and try again next time. Sometimes it's more painful for some than others but it'll all work out in the end!

This video is really helpful 💜, I wish I had seen it a bit earlier. I've had my debut recently, I was expecting too much (orgasm and all the joy and pleasantness), and also I was scared that it was going to be painful. It wasn't that painful, but there was a considerable amount of blood. I was a bit nervous, but the partner made sure I felt safe and he was very attentive (it's very important). When I didn't orgasm from the penetration it was a bit disappointing. But overall, the experience was better than I had expected. I definitely need more practice now 😄 To all those out there on the verge of making a debut, make sure to relax and don't rush, and do it with someone whom you can trust 🤗
