Hi, cream of tartar can stabilize the egg whites to beat swell easily, can be replaced with 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Temperature setting is on top and lower burner heat. Have a Happy Baking

El subtitulo del tiempo de horneado se pierde es poco legible creo ver 160 C o 320°F 40 o 45 min. Es correcto ? el molde es sin engrasar correcto ? Gracias ❤

That‘s right, do NOT grease the tube pan because the egg yolks contain enough fat already And yes bake on the lower rack at 160C/ 320F for 40-45 min Than cool completely upside down, to avoid that the cake collapses

From Google info ... Cream of Tartar, as tartar baking powder is also called, is the natural alternative to conventional baking powder, which works with phosphate. Instead, Cream of Tartar contains natural tartaric acid as an acidulant for the baking process. I hope it helps ...
