[INGREDIENTS]
1/4 Cup Butter
6 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract or Essence
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
A pinch of Sat
1 Tbsp Milk
Some Choco Chips
[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
👉 Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 5 min and then at low flame for 15-17 min.
👉 OTG/Convection: Preheat at 160°C for 10 min. Then bake for 12-15 min.
