Delicious! I confess I was dubious at first about the combo of lime, vanilla & coffee. But Drinks Tube has introduced me to several excellent cocktails that I never heard or dreamed of - so why not try it? I made a round and it got thumbs up from everyone - even my brother-in-law, who is not easy to please. Definitely a keeper.

I watched this at some point and then ended up making my own similar recipe. I used cold brew because I had it on hand anyway, used a nice rum with a little age but still light, made a simple syrup with cane sugar, then added a dash of chocolate bitters.

You gotta shake it up baby! The head of foam comes from getting loads of air into the liquid when shaking - so give it some welly!

just made this as I love espresso martinis and I'm always intrigued about variations on the theme. Lime too overpowering. You can't pick up any coffee notes. Not for me, enjoyably video though love his enthusiasm.

This wasn't very good. Definitely pin it on the lime. I may try it next time without but I took a few sips, added more coffee to try to overpower the lime, a few sips more, and then poured it down the drain :-(
