Hello queen, in 2024 I felt the same, I lost a lot of time on social networks, I suffer from anxiety and yes, social networks are fine but sometimes we see so many bad things that there comes a time when you can't handle so much and so much information ℹ️ in my case you know for this 2025 I have I said stop 🛑 I am the owner of my own life and I said as a CHALLENGE that I will only have social networks on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, like this all year round. The networks take up a lot of our time ⏱️ the same thing happens to me that you just want to give it its necessary use, set limits and that's it. As content creators we need to set limits to live more in the real world or read 📖 but this 2025 is also my other goal to read more than I read and encourage the world 🌏 reading 📖 that is good to encourage everyone to live more in the real world the real world, having social networks only on weekends and reading more ➕ I like it 😊 greetings 🫡 queen 👑 and everything for a better 2025 👑😇👑
