A vampire who isn't rich is interestingly more accurate to what the legend vampires comes from. Everything from succubi to stregoy is detailed in Lore Lodge's video on the evolution of the vampire myth. The stregoy is the closest to the vampire we know today outside of what was actually called vampires, and were actually common people who were extremely sinful if I remember correctly.

I love the word 'parasol' so much, admittedly because of Super Smash Bros. Melee. I also love the name Cordelia, admittedly because of Fire Emblem. I ALSO love the name Hitch, admittedly because of Attack on Titan. HER BIT ABOUT LASSOING THE MOON IS SOMETHING STRAIGHT OUT OF A CHRIS LEDOUX SONG. "For your love, I'd rope the moon and put it in a blender; mix up a concotion that might make you surrender." She reminds me of three characters, specifically! The first is from a kids' Halloween vampire in which a nerdy little boy befriends the children of a vampire family, and the daughter takes a liking to him and tries to teach him to whistle; with just a whistle, she would appear and protect him from whatever distresses him. The second is a character of my own invention, a Confederate soldier cursed with the inability to age and die a natural death, who lives well over a century and sees his home and people changed for the worse with nothing he can do about it. The third character, also of my creation, is a vampire who was a victim of the Irish potato famine of 1848 and immigrated to New York as a result. Her mother died as a result of the famine, her father was killed as a Union soldier, and her brother was killed alongside Custer in battle. She was turned into a vampire by a skinwalker of sorts, my sad attempt to connect skinwalkers and vampires, and she eventually learns to live as much of a normal life as she can throughout the decades. Speaking of Irish, there was a skit I listened to John Pinette do recently about his hatred for turnips, and he proposed that eating turnips came about because of the Irish famine of 1848, acting out two characters with thick Irish accents. "I'm starving, Clancy; I'm going to eat a turnip!" "Don't do it, Seamus!" Made me think of you and our little Irish vs. Cromwell debate from around a year ago, lol. Hope all is groovy on your end, Vel!

Yo, so lowkey I pray someone reads this because there is this asmr channel that I used to binge and I lowkey lost it. I don’t remember what it was called, but it was this English girl and I can describe maybe a couple audios. There was this one audio where the listener was a graduate from hogwarts and shit, and they got a letter for the reunion party. The listener then has to explain everything about hogwarts and shit, and she was like ‘that’s a disgusting name’ and then as the listener kept explaining it all started to make sense, and she was like ‘Babe, you speak Latin in your sleep!’ And then she got like self conscious about her body and style after the listener asked her to go with him to the reunion. To kill a vampire I will need a silver large knife or short sword, silver bullets, wooden stakes, holy water,... I figure if terminate a few of them they should back off.
