Thank you for taking the time to search for Thomas. I'm pretty amazed you guys didn't find any vehicles...though I'm surprised you didn't drop a magnet on the possible truck. As for the camera, I'm not sure what I think about it. It takes really clear footage, but at times it changes the shapes of objects (even the truck) like things are in a bubble. I'm not big on 360 mode.

I agree. It also kinda shot the audio quality in the foot but it's nice for the overhead clips and the more "dramatic" clips.

Agree with you. I have noticed these two will do just about anything to avoid diving and they are usually on two different wavelengths, causing constant arguing.

The new camera you are using is good for still shots. Ex: when both of you are briefing before your search, for nature shots, showing us side imaging, and when it shows one of you on the boat. It just feels weird when you are moving it like when it curves things in the shot like when you are showing the truck or both of you on the boat. Keep up the good work in helping people!

Have you considered making a little hood for your sonar? It could cover the top and sides which would create enough shade to mzke it easier to view the screen. My husband made one from cardboard to shade his dashboard and it really helps. PS...have you ever been attacked by an angry Canada goose?

Hey, Jeremy. I do like the footage from the insta360 1X3 camera you're using. There are moments, however, where it's kind of like looking through a fish-eye lens. Overall, I'd still give it a big 'thumbs up'. Appreciate the time and effort you and Adam put into these searches. I agree with Saint Sefo that the new camera has great clarity, color and so forth. However, when you do have it on a true 360 it can give a fisheye appearance to the viewer. I truly appreciate what you, and Adam set out to do on each and every search. May you always be save in your endeavors. 🤞

This video is the opposite of the last video from AWP. They took a closer look and dove on the suspicious object and it was right the missing truck. River, silted in, magnet wasn't stucking. U need an extendable pole with an underwater go pro attached to the end, then you can see what you're looking at without getting wet, water at 7ft not deep.

I have the X2 camera and I love it. My only beef is the scuba diving case I have for it. The start/stop button doesn’t work below 70’ and I’ve not gotten video on deeper dives because the button gets pushed in by the pressure. The ability to change the point of view after filming is really nice.

Appreciate you looking as always. I thought the 360 camera did a pretty good job. I don’t know if I would use it on every video but it was cool being able to see the whole boat and the video from above. As a photographer it has it’s pros and cons. But the only con I could really see was the way it curves straight things. Like the boat. It should be straight but wasn’t in the video. But it did make Adam look smaller than you in the intro. Great video. I hope y’all come to South Mississippi one day. I know you would find a bunch of stuff. Especially near the shipyard. I’m sure you could find a bunch of cars too. I’ll ask my fishing friends if they know where any are for the wrecked and recovered channel. Take care.
