Hi Dr v, I used Paula’s choice 2 % for several months almost everyday but my nose and (near the area on cheeks closer to nose) still had blackheads. If the difference is only 7 pounds, that's well worth the increase in cost. It'd be worth it for the results as long as the rest of the formula delivers it well and includes soothing ingredients. I mean, unless we're talking under 30g total product and/or reducing the amount of the active ingredient to an ineffective level.
