I have a Dodge Journey which is based on the same platform as your van. Those stains on the headliner are from your sunroof drains being plugged. This will happen when the drains freeze, but there is snow still on your roof melting. Best advice I can give you is to use compressed air to keep the drains clean, and to keep the snow off the roof. A steam cleaner, or auto interior cleaner, or even spray carpet cleaner and a brush make easy work of those stains.

I'd make a complaint to dealership about not cleaning it even a little bit? I recall seeing you say van showed up to lot same day you purchased? They should of had detailed before they let you take off the lot... Like say we will call you in a day or two when the van is ready

You should have taken the van back to the dealer you bought it from and had them fix it because they shouldn't have sold you that van without disclosing that the back hatch was broken.

The latch is fixed but the power lift does not work.

@@Ken_Domik The power lift gate issue is most likely the lift gate motor or chain assembly that lifts the door up...could be a bad solenoid but unlikely. 👊😬
