Vanlife fail | It went wrong Wild Camping on the Isle of Wight | Bluetti AC180 | Viofo A119 mini 2

After pimping up our little VW t4 Camper Van we decided to jump on Park4night and head out for a little stealth wild van camp.
After taking in a local event we were trying to contain our excitement.
We were testing out the new Bluetti AC180 combined with a Tefal easy fry and grill Air fryer which produced some awesome food.

The new little dashcam gave some excellent quality images but did prove to have a mind of its own but that may have been a power issue.

The Military Road must be one of the best drives in the country since they resurfaced it. Three years ago I saw a helicopter rescue off the cliff edge. I think it was just outside Freshwater where the first IOW Music festival was held with hippies. Twice, my father's Toyota van had to be towed off the Wightlink ferry due to battery issues.

Interior's looking quite spiffy. Rather surprised those tiny baskets (a) don't fly away and (b) seem to hold a useful amount of stuff. Hopefully you can get the alternator sorted out. My vote's for a slow-cooker meal adventure next time.

Spray a bit of WD40 on your alternator belt about once a year Whilst it's spinning). It'll stop the rubber drying out, give it more grip & make it last much longer.
