Definitely gotta get physical therapy Mathew. After my back surgery they gave me physical therapy and that sped up the recovery. Definitely would advise to do it.

Another great video. Love the boiled egg and toast for breakfast memory. That is a classic British breakfast. If the toast is cut into fingers for easy dipping they are called 'soldiers' over here.

Yes, I’m from England but we came to Canada when I was 5. And yes as soon as Matthew was telling the story, I automatically thought ”oh yeah! Soldiers”. I was never a fan of eggs when I was younger, I just remember eating the yolk, never liked the whites 😁

Regarding the boiled eggs: soft to medium: My parents did the same for us as kids, and I still make today: medium eggs in an egg cup, with a ‘side’ of sliced and buttered toast or bread to dip! They called it ‘Boiled eggs & soldiers’! (They are from England).

Checking out few of your vids ,I am also a bc boy living in Alberta for last 30 years or so , I to have just had back surgery for 2 time you definitely need physical therapy they teach you the steps to build up your core and teach you new way to move witch is very helpful, born Vancouver general hospital,lived up in faro and whitehorse Yukon been in Alberta since the 80 s . I totally believe in physio! After surgery on my hand and wrist a few years ago, physio was recommended. I did every stretch and exercise they told me to.... and today my range of motion is back to 100% with no pain. I hope physio will give you some relief.

There is a pin on the bottom of the water measuring cup to prick the eggs before you cook them. The bottom of the measuring cup pulls off Helps to keep the shell from breaking while hard boiling your eggs.

I’ve been doing PT for my back and definitely helps engage your core and leg muscles so your back isn’t being injured and strained. Don’t skip it!

hubby had to put tens machine on my back the other day. If it hadn't helped, I would have ended up in the hospital, I was almost crying from the pain. Even broke down and took pain pills, which I usually try to avoid. Thankfully, after an hour of using it, it helped. I don't know about you, but I'm going to be happier when this cold snap is over!!

The first `scene of this video was out of this world around the lake. The egg`s brought a `smile we used to do that and i went to a antique shop to pick up an egg cup, small at the top to hold the boiled egg and big on the bottom so you could break it up. Great little fire pit, just the right `size and you were right about no smoke, love watching the fire dance in the wind. C U on the net one.

Comes with a small egg pricker..(everyone just calm down) for needle size opening in eggs at bottom less opportunity to crack shell. Wonderful cooker to have for that protein break. PT will be of use to you. Follow it the rest of your days, your back will be better for it. Feel better hun. Hi Mathew, we enjoyed yesterday's video...we love all of them but yesterday we followed you on Google maps, saw all your stops. The drive was beautiful. Today's is great...that campfire stove is amazing. The view is awesome. The egg cooker is so cool. You made us laugh as we used to eat our eggs that way in an egg cup with toast" fingers" to dip in the soft yolk.
