It is heavily durable. Compared to other roofing materials we can confirm that this product have high durability against coconut fall. Still if the height of the tree is so high that may damage one or two tiles. The only drawback I see with this material is the cost. I contacted the installers and as per them a sqfeet material plus installation cost is almost 300 rs. Only rich people can bear the cost.
