Try procuring car battery monitoring system or consult your service center manager for the same. It'll add one more value to owners, who put the cameras for continuous monitoring. the charge depletion is a serious thing after 3 years of service. Owner's will know when to recharge the car battery. Viofo A229 pro 3ch or vantrue N5? I know it’s 360 protection. Apart from 360, which do you recommend? Also I saw A229 pro has a firmware update released cropping the aspect ratio close to 21:9 cutting the extra sky and bonnet or dashboard reflection. Smart move from viofo I guess 😊

For parking mode, you have to purchase a separate hardwiring kit. It doesn't have inbuilt battery

That's based on your requirement. If you plan on moving the gaadicam or replacing it's position often, better to have a suction cup mount. If not, not needed

Yes. For parking mode, you need hardwire kit irrespective of your 12V socket status. Because if you plug in dashcam in 12V socket and turn off the car, the dashcam will continue to record normally and will drain the battery of your car completely and you won't be able to start the car next day.
