When do you keep the turret to deny minions and when do u just take it?

Sometimes it's too risky to deny minions because the enemies might be arriving back into lane soon or you might get ganked by the MIA mid laner/jungler. Sometimes you might want to base faster to rotate ASAP, or get your items before drake spawns.

When do you make the decision to go Cull over a component?

on your first back you typically want to spend all the gold you have so buying cull at 450 instead of a long sword at 350 or dagger makes u spend all your gold it could also be because you think its a free lane past level 4 or 5 so you want cull without sacrificing the dorans blade start pros

In the Aphelios Lulu game, towards the end of the game Udyr engaged on the Moakai and Volibear and you didn't go in even though it looked free from my perspective. why is that? I think he pinged you after he died like he expected you to follow. (1:15:00)

During The Aphelios game when Lulu got caught by Maokai. Had you switch gun and use Q, you would habe probably at least kill Draven.
