Yes, nipples & caps are a minefield. Everything is bought online nowadays and cost of the nipple + shipping is outrageous so you have to try and use a thread pitch gauge to make sure you order the right one. With a cheap nipple with sloppy thread it's harder to figure it out. Then to find a cap that fits - not many stores carrying BP stuff anymore around here = special order. I've got some antiques that with have one of the weird British threads - no pitch gauge for these. God forbid if you buy a gun that's missing its nipple - just try and get the thread pitch gauge inside the hole.🤣 I share your pain, thanks for posting.👍

Yeah im kinda glad i got most of this stuff back when the Canadian Ruble was worth something ;) and ordering from the States was affordable. Thats very true figuring the threads and even after that the thing wont fit just right lol, maybe Americans can't cut a metric thread right x)

It seems, all I could understand from the video, = there 's a variation in nipples and the caps from each manufacturer; ... The Great GunGeek does seem to overthink, some aspects of life. ... GunGeek, the man, the brain for the Far Frigid North. GunGeek would shrivel up in the brain, if life was just snoozing on the beaches of Florida, in the warm sunshine.
