Variator assembly Malossi multivar 2000 sub ENG

Tutorial on the assembly of the Malossi multivar 2000 Variator on the Kymco people S 125. (The contrast spring and the clutch you will see in another video that I will publish). Assembled components: hub, mobile half-pulley, rollers, sliders, cap, spacer. Item code 5114404. Depending on the kit, the presence and size of some components may change.
General assembly instructions:
1) Thoroughly clean the external area of the transmission side crankcase;
2) Remove the transmission casing taking care not to lose or damage the centering bushes and screws;
3) Unscrew the locking nut of the variator on the crankshaft;
4) Remove the original variator group;
5) Disassemble the clutch group to replace the contrast spring; • Montare frizione Malos...
6) Assemble the spring from the Malossi kit; • Montare frizione Malos...
7) Reassemble the clutch group; • Montare frizione Malos...
8) Mount the sliders on the shell;
9) Position the rollers in the mobile half-pulley;
10) Insert the cap with the cursors over the mobile half-pulley with the rollers inserted;
11) Insert the spacer (if any) on the crankshaft;
12) Insert the hub in the mobile half-pulley and insert the variator unit on the crankshaft;
13) Bring the entire variator unit to its stop, positioning the belt on the hub. Apply the fixed half-pulley, the washer and the fixing nut.
