Bro you’re like an underrated song which nobody knows, until a small part of that song goes on viral on reels and everybody knows abt the song and no one would listen it fully!! Everyone demands for “knowledge sharing” but only very few imbibe them with an open, neutral, modest, unbiased mindset. It’s been 7 years since I started watching you, I have seen instances where people call you arrogant, narcissistic etc but to me I feel more relatable to you, I don’t know if I’m like this since birth or am becoming like you since I admire you a lot… Love you bro, keeping growing..❤🎉

Scaring should be wiped out & guiding to the Young generation should be prioritised more which millenials are doing right now.

Thanks a ton, man, this has given me great clarity. I am not a hustler, nor do I have marketing chops. I am 23, with a bachelor's in design. I have been working at a small agency as a brand designer for almost a year. During the time I have been at this job, I was constantly bothered by Instagram stories of my friends in New York, Italy, Singapore, etc., doing their masters in design, friends starting their own businesses, my parents always asking me about further studies, and my internal monologue labeling myself as unambitious. But If I am being honest, I truly enjoy my job; the pay is decent-ish, I work with a lot of talented people in design, tech and business, I like the company's values, and I get a lot of time to pursue my personal endeavors like drawing, music, etc. Maybe all this while, I just needed to be a better employee. I always thought this would be something temporary and stopped myself from fully trying hard. I am personally invested in their story as a brand. and maybe I'll stay a bit longer and put the work like I mean it.

The part where Varun mentions about people asking for crazy salaries, i understand the kind. One of my friend constantly asks me to quit my job here and change companies so I can get a salary hike quickly. But I always feel like, even if I'm paid more, will I be able to do justice to my salary, because I'm still learning and I haven't driven any real results. For example, we hired an experienced person for a role at a fairly big cost but 4 months later the company had to fire the person because there wasn't any active participation from their end. Companies might hire you, but if you bring no real value, no one will keep you.

I think the reason why it takes five to 10 years to succeed in business is that trust is not easy and it takes time. You might have the best product in the world and you may be in a hurry to sell but the customer is not in a hurry to buy. This is why I recommend to my students that whether or not they have a product or a business now, they should start earning people's trust starting from today. This way when they have a product to sell the trust will be there already and they will get sales much faster. They can also get investors faster because they have a proven track record.
