Copying by giving credit is ok. No problems. Copying from others but presenting it as your original creation is wrong. Most of the songs were presented by Indian creators as their original that was very wrong. It was old times copyright laws in nepal wasn't strong. Not just Indian Nepali Industries have copied hindi songs too. But copying without giving credit it stealing.
