But hen they would be held accountable to producers and content providers, this way they can forge their own path on the trails and upload content when they see fit. This is the new way to consume what might have been a TV show 15 years ago, and I'm totally embracing this new way.

Out of all the cool places you've taken us to, Thomas, this was by far the coolest, at least for me. If I lived anywhere near there, that is a hike I would definitely take.

I’m a sophomore in college and none of my buddies are in to hiking like you guys. I’ve always wanted to go on a great backpacking trip and make videos like these. If you’re ever in the eastern part of the US and want to abduct a virgin hiker please feel feel to kidnap me! Hahaha love the videos boys, keep it up!

Haha, thanks for watching! Yeah, it can be frustrating trying to find other people who want to hike as much as you do. We are planning to have a meet up in central Ohio some time soon, which would probably involve a short hike. We'll probably post details on our Facebook page when it comes time to that. Cheers! -Andrew

I wholeheartedly agree with the description of this video. I hiked a wilderness area adjunct to a popular recreational area for tourists in the Shawnee National Forest the other day and down the popular bluffs was probably about 8 big trash bags worth of trash. It was sad. Something tells me that the people who litter there wouldn't appreciate it if that trash winded up in their front yards. It is sad to see. Hopefully those types of people start waking up. Great video by the way, I need to add that hiking area to my bucket list :D

That place looks like a great place to hike, and after a rain, that place must come alive! and I'm with you on the vandalism, especially in places like that. We don't know what it covered up. Now it's just a disappointing pee hole. A lot of what used to be my favorite trails and rocks were vandalized. The people probably thought it was art or a statement, but it just ruined those trails for the rest of us (and I could hike other places there, but they got those places too)

We just got back from a South TX herping trip a few weeks back. I don't like it, but people dump all kinds of crap out in the boonies which is good for snake hunters to flip looking for snakes. It's closer to a city so I get why it happens. Out in a place like that? I don't understand people who leave trash and feel the need to "mark their territory". Sad. Funny ending. Blazing. 🤣

Beautiful hike, Thomas, with amazing rock formations and greenery. I loved the music and also how you left space for ambient sounds without music or narration. It's nice to have some sonic breathing space to appreciate the visuals in that amazing area. Thanks for a great video!

So when did you shoot this video? Just asking, because I was under the impression you where moving back to Buckeye State!!!I Sure is a beautiful park!!! Yes! I have see those rocks before. "ARENA" original Star Trek (Season 1 Episode 18) 01/19/1967. Plus of course Bonanza too!!! LOL!!! Can you camp in the park? If so can you have a fire? As for the Devil's Den, only drunken pod eaters would go in there!!! Sure I'm surprised that the park has not walled it up!!! Well as all ways, Thanks for taking US along!!!

Thomas' solo hikes are pushing AA content into new dimensions. Not only do we enjoy the virtual walk along side of his day adventures, we love to think along with this thoughts. Wonderful inclusion of scholarship within geology, storytelling, and visual art. Another pleasant, pastoral journey.

Place looks amazing, Apart from Satan's Den, I can see why the national park don't include it in their map, you would think they would clear that up and put a table and bench there in the shade for people to eat food and rest, apart from that, I enjoyed the video

Awsome video, thanks. Unfortunately because of the 500% population increase, foreign countries buying out S. Cal land, you will see increase in vandalism , overpopulated hiking trails, and yes, hipster and druggy types ruining our parks. On the positive side, keep making cool vids!
