I would think that having all these " on Lookers" would be very distracting. But this is LOMO. I know he has a full-time mental / Mentality couch of sorts that works his brain as hard as all others work his body. Maybe this is a part of that? Maybe this increases his focus beyond the " Crowd?" I have noticed that most of Lomo's opponents were mentally exhausted by the fourth round. GO LOMO ! I've gotta say, he's the best I've ever seen.

@ShaunFitt4 жыл бұрын
TRUE...I still thought for as many low blows Loma took he did really well..
@cyclops10924 жыл бұрын
I disagree. Salido deliberately hit him in the groin and the corrupt referee allowed it. There was no 'schooling'. He simply didn't pursue a win for fear of getting hit low. There's a difference. Loma outboxes Salido easy.
@darthclone74 жыл бұрын
Then why cant they replicate Salidos success?? Why cant they follow that game plan when fighting Loma?? It it possibly because the strategies used were illegal??
@ShaunFitt4 жыл бұрын
@@darthclone7 i agree
@cyclops10924 жыл бұрын
@@darthclone7 Totally illegal. A total of 47 low blows were permitted with no warning or point deduction. Furthermore Salido came in at 147 to a 126 lb limit. That's basically welterweight. Having a title stripped due to steroid use Salido is a dirty SOB in more ways than one. Lawrence Cole is an astonishingly bad referee with several fights where he put fighters health and lives in danger. Fixing fights, favoring house fighters, insurance scams, and a corrupt Texas boxing commission the Salido Loma fight might've turned out different at a different venue.

@burtybasset44863 жыл бұрын
Relaxation is a big part of it. I think the best styles are the most efficient ones - ones that use the least movement/energy to deal with your opponent. I came across this video the other day and he gets to what might be causing your troubles around 3 minutes in - learning to rest your elbows on your ribs (while keeping your hands up) to take the strain off your shoulders.... kzbin.info/www/bejne/aF7GmJmdod9jidk P.S. I think you can derive a little more punching power from your breathing/exhalation by resting your elbows/triceps on your ribs/lungs also. Good luck!
