Just as an update, I did send this helmet back to get the new size I was promised it would be here sometime in September obviously now we're just about into November and I really truly don't expect to get it until at least December or even January if I'm lucky. I mean hell I haven't even heard a single peep out of them even though I have contacted them. I mean they can't even bother to respond. I honestly don't know if their company will survive if they cannot be bothered to up their customer service. Pretty disappointing honestly.

The helmet look great it felt decent on my head other than it was a little bit too big. They recommended I go try on some Shoei helmets for a size comparison the problem with Shoei is that there doesn't seem to be a lot of consistency. One model a medium fits and the next model requires a large. With that said, in my previous helmets Vega, hjc, scorpion, I've always needed a large so that's why I decided to go with the large. But like I mentioned it didn't fit well. Just adding another disappointment to the entire experience. But honestly that would be acceptable if they had better customer service. If maybe once in a while they kept in contact and reached out and we were like hey buddy we're working as fast as we can we're going to try to get you a helmet as quickly as we can whatever. I mean any kind of contact from them would be better than the absolute silence. Not an email not a text, etcetera and if you send them a message asking about your order you still get total radio silence
