The Vatican issued new guidelines on Friday for the handling of apparitions and other supernatural events. Previous guidelines issued in 1978 put the responsibility for determining the validity of such events, such as the appearance of Our Lady of Guadalupe, on local bishops. Now, the Vatican is taking a more direct role and expanding how reports are classified, ranging from known fakes or forgeries to genuinely unexplained phenomena.

Yes but don't forget the Vatican is really interested by the UAP phenomenon and the question of NHI ! They have a super observatory and we know (thanks to Wikileaks if my memory serves me well) that Podesta and Mitchell (and I think maybe Obama or someone from his staff) were in contact with someone inside the Catholic Church who was into the topic, and there was no doubt in their mind about the reality of "our benevolent friends from the contiguous universe" (I think those were the fascinating terms Mitchell used, I read them when the leaks came out) !

@@treece1 IMO..The small plentiful orbs around himin his still images are mosquitos and backscatter from a flash, He has forests and water so plenty insects at night, including plenty fireflies, His big consistant orb...is the space station 100%. That conlusion is based upon a few factors. 1. The matching of the ISS fly over chart, The size and speed, The elevation and time according to chart,direction of the space station. Unfortunaly , even though he may have caught an anomoly in the past, his knowldge on camera sensitivity, white balance balance and the fact that he refuses to stop claiming it as his guest is worrysome. My assesment, without judgment is that everything i have seen is explanable.
