Very informative and organized. Every pilot SHOULD watch this as part of their CTP preparation. Don't wait till you log on to start figuring out what you need to do. Do your homework. Install your scenery, taxi around offline and get familiar with the apt charts. Review any local procedures. Brief yourself as you would give a brief IRL. Let's do our part to minimize any burden we place on controllers who are devoting a lot of their free unpaid time to provide coverage for all of us.
