Jesus, the voice actor for the Minotaur in Retold really went all out. The way he screams "ISVOLE!" The female berserk VA sounds like she's on a damn battlefield sometimes too.

No idea if this has been asked, but are we getting an Arena of the Gods runthrough? I found it to be quite fun on extreme, with a friend. I can only 1v2+ on Hard and it's only a struggle to defend, once I'm on the offence it's trivial. Big fan of the content, especially the casted games. Especially if it's Gaia.

@@LoveReacts I haven't had time yet. I'm gonna run through it on either Wednesday or Thursday and upload around then if possible! I've done two missions and didn't think they were upload worthy.

@ very fair, I watched that part of the vod and went skimming through to see if you did any more. When I didn’t find anything I wrote my comment so thank you for replying so quick! I just wanna say one thing that might be helpful or not, but when I played with friends I just did Hard so we could blitz through the first 4 missions. After that they could play any civ they liked so we could play on Extreme :) just that you have to play Gaia on some levels, and they weren’t used to Atlantean in general. I know you don’t have that problem but if you wanted to fast-track the Gaia games, you won’t lose out on any rewards by doing an easier difficulty. Also also, the tooltips mod you suggested got an update to tell you what the upgrades in the arena actually do… unplayable without that mod 🙌🏽

I think the economic difference is pretty negligible. Just having your town centre up quicker is a big advantage though because the later you go for it the easier it is for your opponent to stop.

Hey Boit, I have a video series idea. It's you showing us how you tackle some of the hardest missions in this great campaign on titan difficulty, like A Long Way From Home or All Is Not Lost, with commentary to get your thought process at points. I know it wouldn't get as many views as your normal stuff but I can't be the only one who'd enjoy it, haha. The Retold team found a way to make the campaign feel pretty fresh to returning players with all their mission twists and difficulty spikes at different points compared to the original.
