yes we know we have planned that video for so long - but other work keeps getting in the way, since this project is now nearly at an end *(kzbin.infoQS2lMK7Mq9k?feature=share) we may have some spare time for making more VX vidoes ...

Suspect those holes are jig points for joining the two parts of the bonnet.

I’ve taken a peek. The cutout facilitates the master brake cilinder. And it’s easier to make it generic so that’s why there are two. But still mine are shut.
