Right now rescue is only for helicopters

Set up my neo Vlink & rescue on my Trex 700, had a nice flight until I hit the rescue to get a feel but the heli rolled and piled in. Not confident to try it again and still haven't finished the rebuild. I Set the rx orientation in the neo software during the setup as wires aft and logo up. Tested on the bench and it stopped quickly as the heli was in the correct attitude exactly as your video but took a little longer when I changed the attitude. This has cost me about £300 in parts + the £80 for the rescue software, not a happy bunny. Any info as to why this happened would be appreciated. I'll be trying to get the flight data and send it to Mikado ASAP.

Did you calibrate the rescue? Did you let the NEO initialize completely? Did you check the logs to see what else may have happened? Lastly, did you check the vibration screen to see if you had vibe issues (new nitro breaking in)?

Curious Ron do you just run precision for rescue now always? I have to try the two modes to see but curious.

I run precision unless the NEO needs to be switched to standard. Works fine either way, you just have to make sure you initialize the heli on its skids in standard (most people do anyways)

I am hoping you might be able to help me. I can't get the rescue pro software to my neo. I follow the steps to the T but when I go to pay the site seems to be stuck in a loop. I can't pay and download it. I have tried the German and English site and different browsers. Any thoughts?
