Hi, Bee-- This is the 1st video of yours that I've watched, and I think you have great ideas! I love your minimal, functional style and line drawings. Did you draw those? Love your shop and your freebies! I’ve noticed too with your freebies that they are in a different format.. I would usually just open it then export as pdf and when you do that and print as a pdf there’s no need to scale 😊

Talking about headache... my eyes have low tear productivity due to excessive looking in to phone. I have made a conscious effort to curb screen time!!

Oh no :( yeah it is awful! I try to not look at screens when I don’t have to but when I’m designing inserts and working on editing videos and all, it’s all on screens haha. I even wear blue light filter glasses and my screen protectors are all blue light filters. Hope your eyes and headaches feel better too!!

What paper do you usually print your inserts on? I love that you can fit so much into your planner, so just curious.

I use regular 20lb paper for most things and I like to use some 28lb paper for things that stay in my planner a long time and like my monthlies since I write a lot and use highlighters a lot on them :) I also incorporate stalogy notebook paper I rip out of old stalogy books and punch to put in for notes and dailies 😊

Hi!:) so I use 20lb for most of my stuff but my monthly calendar and monthly extension page I use 28lb since I load so much info, sticky notes and use my zig dot marker on it and the 28 lb and heavier is best for the zig dot markers :)

I'm new to planning? What does A6 and A7 mean? Does it refer to the size of the planner or the number of rings and their configuration?

Hi, welcome! 🥰 yes it refers to the size of a planner. So a6 is sort of tricky bc in some places it can mean personal size but in this case with my a6, it is a “true a6”. A7 refers to pocket size. A6 is larger than A7. Hope that helped!

It is almost 1 inch. There are 25.4mm per inch. So 25mm is almost an inch :)

Clicked so fast to see your setup! Can you suggest a video for printing on vellum? I only know how to print on pre-cut paper (thanks to Amanda @PerfectionismP) but clueless on vellum. Thank you!

Thanks so much! I’m not sure of a video specific to that but I’ll tell you that vellum is just speciality paper. So you load it right into your printer just like you would letter paper and then just print right on it with your favorite images or designs or whatever you want to layer :) you could ever pre cut it yourself if you like to use precut paper and do it the same way you would with your precut paper. It is just a transparent paper. Just make sure you get one that isn’t too too thin. I have one linked I used that’s thin enough but has a nice weight to it so it doesn’t just tear. There is also super thick vellum out there but I’m not sure if it would jam a printer so I stick to the one I’ve used forever. :) hope this helped a little! :)
