A lot of things happened on the last Dev stream, Vedal prepared a 3d model for Neuro that she used for the Filian roast stream, in the prosses they almost got banned. Neuro destroyed Filian, she demolished her, after, she said she would be taking a break (not related). Vedal reviews the new capabilities of the new Open AI model GPT4o on stream, Vedal was coping and Neuro got jealous.

I think she is evolving to a funnier, more intelligent AI. I like Neuro's voice though. It's charming. GPT4o is a little... Uncanny valley. Very cool all the same, but it feels eerie. Neuro's unique. But she could use a little tuneup I agree.

I think she just sounds too... customer service-y? Technically it's extremely impressive, and the tone modulations are great, but she sounds way too subservient and forced enthusiasm and it makes me uncomfortable, like a digital slave who really wants to not upset me and I hate that. Whereas Neuro's voice is a lot less technically impressive and it could definitely be more expressive and accurate while still keeping the same cute robotic vibe, but she feels like her own individual with the ability to actually speak up for herself and show a wider range of emotions so she's much more endearing. Evil's voice is better and worse in different ways too.

Also, VEDAL should’ve tried a anime sever specifically cuz I feel like regular public lobbies are just going to end up exactly how this stream did, they just hear a random AI voice and think bots are invading the server. People from an anime or Vtubing lobby are more likely to recognize Neuro and want to interact with her. Since Chat prefers neuro’s voice to be non-human sounding, this might only be possible in the very distant future with later upgrades to evil when is less random and crazy or if VEDAL does ever make more AIs like he wants to.
