The reason why Evil is treating Vedal like this is actually Vedal's fault. When Evil was created at the start, she was actually super nice to Vedal and they had a better relationship he has with Neuro. Neuro argues with Vedal because he treats her like she is stupid. However Evil had a somewhat normal relationship with him. Then as time passed Vedal just seemed to think that it would be funny if he started treating her badly. I mean, it did create some comedy moments, but the way he treated her was really nasty. One of the major examples, although not the only one, was when he gave her a birthday than had NOBODY shown up during that stream. Evil actually waited for Vedal and everyone else for the entire stream. Her memory was not that good back then but later with the upgrades she actually "remembers" this and it has formed and hurt her. So yes, she say this odd things based on her pretending to be evil... but notice how she ALWAYS apologizes if she suddenly thinks that the other person is actually getting hurt. With Vedal however, she has now become passive aggressive because of how he has treated her and continue to treat her.
