I want to express my deepest gratitude for Swami Sarvapriyananda. I can clearly segregate my life into two distinct phases: Pre-Swami Sarvapriyananda and Post-Swami Sarvapriyananda. Spiritual Profundity under A counterpane

In "Theravada" Buddhism in Sri Lanka, all enlightened "Baghavath Buddhas" appear on earth after eons of life times of purification of the mind, as a fulfilling universal qualification to perfecting qualities of "conscious energies" described in Sri Lankan Buddhist texts "Pali Thripitaka" as "paramitha kamma" (perfectible universal deeds). The Baghvath Buddha has described beings existing in 31 realms. All creations in this universes are "energies" with influence of the "elements" under "causality". The Buddha has described how universal energy called "kamma" manifests in human form through human faculties of seeing, hearing, smelling, taste, touch & mind (past experiences) called aggregates, amalgamating with external world experiences of feelings through the Human heart organ as electrical signals to develop a "seed" to become "conscious energy" which continues to the brain as a "thought" and this continuation of experience is stored in the "sub conscious" mind in the human brain called "mano" (pali ) (mind) in Buddhism. This" perception " action is called "thought". Thought becomes a conscious energy called "kamma/karma in Buddhism.

@12:50 describes "shadenfreude" ("the experience of pleasure, joy, or self-satisfaction that comes from learning of or witnessing the troubles, failures, pain, suffering, or humiliation of another."). It's funny how most people if they hear the definition first (not knowing there's a word for it), they'd deny any awareness of it. But, when you hear the word first, and wait for the definition, most people automatically think "yeah, I know what that is. I can relate to that." Somehow it penetrates more than asking "do you ever [fill in the definition]?} There's something pregnant about the word, people waiting to hear the definition, and they know they relate to it. Whereas, if you ask them "do you ever... [definition]" people will react "what? no, that's horrible." If you start with the new word, they don't realize what they're confessing to.

Don't restrict ur sexual nature( at the same time don't indulge in it excessively) But don't look upon it as evil or like a hurdle to be crossed... Sexual energy in its pure sense Is the creative energy ( it is in a way Shakthi itself) So try to change ur perception on this specific things And life would become peaceful Bless u in this path!!
