Chaos Ruler could lock into synchro, dragon or a specific attribute. Borrel Savage should need a rocket tuner or non tuner. Maye lock youninto dragons. Yeah it'll be played in dlink, but thats where it's supposed to be.

Baron, Savage, Norden, and Electrumite could come off and there would be little change except you could super poly Ryzeal, Pend would still be bad, and the top decks wouldn't bother with Baron or Savage because Azamina works in engine for Omni. Baron and Savage was always more used by lower decks anyhow.

Azathot would need a Bardiche ban to be unbanned. The two cannot coexist. You should make a "can be unbanned with another card banned in its place" category. Mermaid, Diablosis, and Rhongo should be in that category as well, as they'd be fine with Iblee, Fenrir, and Gossip Shadow (respectively) banned.

I think the restrictions make it so that playing both can lead to some conflicts. Sigma locks you, so that cuts off the ryzeal engine. You can use ice to get to deadnader before you use circular though. You could go into duodrive also for protection for the mathmech plays. I think it is the sort of strategy that would be hurt by the multcharmies

Everybody thought Circular was based, nobody thought Circular was degenerate. Also, even if the "unban to 1" cards made that particular deck better (like Spyral or Lightsworn, Superheavy Samurai, etc.), so what?
