Hardly anyone in these repair videos ever removes the bearing seals to pack the bearing with grease. The aftermarket and OEM replacement bearings do not come packed with grease, only a few dabs to make it turn smoothly and keep rust from forming. Also, any empty space between the main outer seals and bearing should be filled with grease to keep out any moisture. A very helpful tip to make the repair last much, much longer. I've heard alot of people say that even the brand name aftermarket bearings are junk and don't last long, that's why, they don't grease them before installation.

I hear ya. The new bearings are very lightly greased from the factory. I did pack the void between the bearing and the seal with grease, it just isn't shown well in this video.

Nice Video. I still have an issue with my Atv, theres a lot of side, up an down play in the hub, I see the cv axle (new) moving in the hub. Any help would be appreciated

The axle should fit fairly snug in the hub.. sounds like the hub might be worn, it the axle is the wrong one.
