• ചിക്കൻ തോരൻ || Easy T... - Old chicken thoran video
Ingredients
Chicken -1kg
Onion-3
Green Chilli-17
Ginger-med
Garlic-10 cloves
Curry leaves -plenty of
Salt-
Tomato-1 big
Coconut Oil-
Grated coconut-2cup
Crushed Pepper -1tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Chilli Powder-1tsp
Method
In a kadai add onion,ginger ,garlic,green chilli,turmric ,chilli,curryleaves ,tomato ,salt ,oil and mix well with hand .
Then add chicken pieces and again mix.
Close and cook the chicken in medium flame.
Heat oil in a kadai , roast coconut to golden brown colour .
Then add pepper and mix well.. keep aside .
When the chicken is well cooked, add this roasted coconut and mix well ..
Cook again till dry .. Add more curry leaves.. finally sprinkle coconut oil..so the tasty Kannur special chicken thoran is ready .. Enjoy ..
