Veg Chowmein Recipe in Hindi | Veg Noodles | Hakka Noodles | Quick Easy Homemade | Chef Kunal Kapur

Vegetable Chowmein, Hakka noodles comes together with a range of colourful and crunchy veggies, an assortment of tongue-tickling recipe for my viewers. Veg Chowmein is a very tasty and popular stir-fried vegetable noodle dish from China. It's also one of the most popular street foods in India. Veg Chow Mein is a dish made from stir-fried noodles and mixed vegetables which is then flavoured with Chinese sauces.

Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
Garlic chopped - 1 tsp
Onion sliced - ½ cup
Cabbage shredded - 1 cup
Carrot julienne - ½ cup
Peppers shredded - 1 cup
Noodles boiled - 2 cups
Light Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Dark soya sauce - 1tbsp
Green Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Spring onions (chopped) - a handful

Because good food is street side or dhabas not five star hotels. You try five star hotel food you will not like to eat there frankly. Stay at five star but eat at the nearest market.

@@bittu58 there is a difference between maggi and other noodles. But if you are talking about maggi then It depends how you like your maggi. If you like slightly kachha then 2-3 minutes if more then 5-6 minutes. Other noodles you have to check by picking up and checking
