I love all your receipes as well as your way of expressing in your sweet voice. Now a days before going to sleep I don't forget to watch your receipes what to cook next day to serve my family.I am 74 yrs old lady still gets marks on dinning table for the food I have cooked this is my daily register . Made it , turned out really well for the first time . I think I was using ready made sauce - chili green and red and that didn't bring the oomph . Also the proportion of garlic and ginger was appropriate what you showed. 👍 . Much thanks 🙏

Hi. Sir aapne Jo achaar banane ki recepie bataye the usse meine Achar banayi thi. Ab wo Achar bahot achha lag Raha hai. Meri mummy ne uski bahot taarif ki. I am so happy. The original Schezwan paste gets its distinct flavour from the star anise,ginger garlic that is fried in the oil before the chilli paste.You made a simple version of it. This is your version of Schezwan paste. Well done! Fried rice looks delicious!!

Hi, I live in Netherlands for 27 years. When visit India, first restaurant meal is always Indo Chinese 😊. We do get Chinese here but very bland for our palate. Now when ever we wanted to eat Chinese, I just try your recipe and its party time. Thank you very much. Keep educating us.

So Indo-Chinese schezwan fried rice doesnt involve usage of schezwan sauce (uses schezwan pepper hence the name) nor the soya sauce. So we can basically call it Kashmiri Fried Rice 😁
