I just started my whole foods lifestyle and you have been one of my biggest inspirations and motivators through it. You're the first person to help me realize that eating healthy doesn't have to be painful or boring. I'm on my way to eating intuitively like you do. Thank you for what you do! 💚

Yum!!! 😍 you should try no bake proteinbars some time, I just made them yesterday: oatflour, pb, Maple syrup, pinch of salt, vanilla proteinpowder and vanilla extrakt. If needed some water or non dairy milk. Shape and cover with melted chocolate and keep them in the fridge 😋

I simply never fancy making desserts which only I would eat (since my fam just prefers some classic baked goods) but you know what? These seem so easy yet satisfying I might actually give them a go :D Some perfect treats to finish off a meal or the day! . Anyways, sending you all the love Julia! Have a great rest of this week!

** do not strain soaked dates. A lot of the sweetness goes into the water. Just measure the water first if you have to. I mean you can strain them but you lose a lot of flavor. If you don't believe me just taste the date soaking water.

GF oats are super hard to find in NZ. I think most people assume they are GF but almost all brands roll their oats in wheat flour so they don't stick. Please don't feed these to your GF friends unless the pack specifically says GF.

Does the chocolate fudge work with peanut butter too?

I wouldn’t recommend it as you shouldn’t eat raw flour! Almond, oat, quinoa, or even corn flour are safe to eat raw!
