Hello. I do not understand. You closed my shop, telling me to treat policies differently. Did I defraud someone? Did I do any prohibited behavior? What is the reason? You say the result of the investigation. What a review this is. If you had examined it, you would see that I did not make any mistakes. I have been on Etsy since 2019. I know the rules and I followed them. You closed my store unfairly. You don't even have a real explanation. It is unreasonable to close a page that has served dozens of people. This is a disgrace what you're doing. You do not protect the seller at all. Etsy has lost all respect in my eyes.
