Contrary to what some people believe vegan desserts can be so tasty! I'm personally not vegan but my friend is and I made her a vegan chocolate cake for her birthday and oh my god it was divine! I now make it just for me even though (like I said) I'm not vegan! Will definitely give this recipe a try Nick!

Really appreciate the buttercream recipe too Nick! I usually make ganache for vegan choc cake with vegan dark chocolate and almond milk. I have made vegan frosting and it was really dense and not very nice. Will definitely try this recipe though :) x

Melissa Blanchard cakes are usually really easy though as you just taste the chocolate or vanilla flavouring and the sugar, eggs and dairy are only used to help the ingredients and to give it a good consistency you don't taste them 😂🥞
