Vegan Coach Takes NBA by Storm | Joseph Blair on The Exam Room Podcast

Joseph Blair is not a stereotypical vegan. He's a hulking giant at 6'10" and 255 pounds. And players and other coaches in the NBA are taking notice.
Blair is known "The Vegan Coach" on and off the court and his high-profile job as an assistant with the Washington Wizards enables him to talk about the benefits of his diet with some of the biggest names in the sport. He's also inspiring coaches on other teams to improve their health by dunking on plants at dinner.
He joins "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll on The Exam Room Podcast to talk about his motivation for becoming one of the public faces of plant-based eating in the NBA, and how it has taken his life and health to the next level.

Joseph is a great example of how to spread the whole plant food message, by example. He said he doesn’t push it on people, but if someone asks him, he’s more than happy to tell them. He leads by example, people notice and want to know more.
