Hello Everyone! We are going to learn Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice. This is a very famous local Taiwanese Dish that can be found in any night market!
Braised pork rice is regarded as a national cuisine with Taiwanese characteristics in Taiwan, and it can be found almost everywhere in Taiwan. The braised pork rice in the north and south of Taiwan also has different taste and methods, and even has a different name. This time, Xiao Lan will learn this recipe with everyone as a non-native person, and I would like to ask everyone for your advice 😊.

Hi Ms Lan, your taiwan braised pork rice is quite yummy. i thought you are from taiwan. Haha i use vegan fish slice & ham with prawn as i dont have vegan mutton but has braised taste too. Good receipe to try!
