@@RP-uu7oq complete bullshit, I taste the food better without salt. Have you ever grown your own vegetables? Or do you eat shit from the supermarket that is completely tasteless without salt? I've honestly never heard of people having to eat salt. You need some sodium, but not much and it is present in so much food. It made me think that only 50gr of salt can kill an adult. You need to eat at least 10 times as much sugar to have any problems immediately after.

Bellissime ricette, io non sono vegana ma apprezzo molto queste ricette, infatti oramai le faccio spessissimo durante la settimana. Fatto oggi a pranzo invece di rospo pane fette di polenta rese croccantine al forno e poiché avevo pochi spinaci ho fatto quei pochi e poi da parte allo stesso modo una zucchina a fette sottili 😋😋😋 ops non avevo nemmeno Sedano ci ho messo 2 prataioli tritati 😋😋😋
