Whenever you visit Cali again, you should try Chicana Vegana in Downtown Fullerton. They have amazing Mexican vegan food. The Carne asada fries are bomb 🤤 and then also Soy Concha Bakery in Santa Ana. It’s a whole vegan panaderia where they sell pan dulce. Their vegan gansitos and tres leches cake are my go-to’s, but everything there is delicious.

Plant Power is in Long Beach! Way closer than San Diego lol. And I just went to Montys the other day, they have a secret menu too! We got animal fries mixed with tots with two patties on it 😋😋 they had a name for it but it was delicioussss

The shake shack vegan sandwich is new. Because their “veggie shack” is a fried portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese so I don’t think you can order it vegan

Lindsay Tabbi Yeah I was all excited to try the "veggie shack" in NYC after it came out but then I found out it was irrevocably impregnated with cheese so I went and wept into my limp Impossible Whopper at Burger King instead.

You don't know ,but non vegans ,meat eaters actually can make a huge difference on poor animal's condition on farms & everywhere more than vegans or vegetarians !!! As not all of us go vegans ,or even vegetarians ! The meat industry won't care about our ( I am a vegetarian, once vegan for 17 years ) opinions much as we don't give them business !! Lol. So ,people like you buying vegan meals / products more helps animals a lot !!! Not to mention,the planet earth !!! So ,I thank you so much for interested in vegan meals & cooking them !!! When I have i my period I've learned to not consume salt and oil, either. Salt and oil make me feel terrible, crampy . And, The shake shake burger looks great. A fresh veggie burger made with beets

I was so jealous of that shake! It looked so good. It’s so hard to find a vegan shake around where I live in Redondo Beach. I like Creamistry, they aren’t 100% vegan but have cashew and coconut base options which is lit.

Plant Powered Fast Food has a location in Redlands, CA. My hubby and I go there every time we go to California. Another good one in LA area is called BeLeaf, only been there once but it was amazing.

Next time you're out here, Ricchardo's Total Vegetarian (formerly Oreon) in Pasadena has mostly vegan options (just specify vegan cheese). I really enjoy it. I also love Pots and Woks in Whittier which is a classic Chinese counter order restaurant but has a full vegan menu with all the classic American Chinese dishes. I'm not a fan of Monty's, but Plant Power is incredible. There is also a new fast food spot in Fullerton that used to just be a pop up called Chicana Vegana.

I would love to see you do a comparison between Moe’s, Chipotle, and Qdoba in terms of vegan options for fast food “Tex Mex” options. It would be interesting for you to do a vegan pizza comparison between Domino’s, Papa John’s, and CiCi’s. (On another pizza note, if you have a Mellow Mushroom pizza place in the PNW, you have to try their vegan options. Soooo gooood! In terms of random options without a particular theme, I would like for you to try the vegan options at Panda Express (always in front of Walmart stores🙃).

Excellent Sweet simple vegan video. Haven't eaten much fast food since becoming vegan because we do have options in the UK but they may be limited in the UK compared to the US. Fast food can be expensive and isn't the healthiest way to be vegan so I focus more on a vegan whole foods plant based diet. But I am vegan for the animals and other ethical reasons.

If you ever find yourself in Philly you have to check out a vegan fast food place called Hip City Veg. They were my go to spot for work lunch before the pandemic. Two locations in center city, one in West Philly and I'm almost positive there's a location down in D.C. The Hip City buffo ranch with sweet potato fries is my jam. Oh and Goldie, 100% vegan falafel joint with outstanding tahini shakes and vegan tzatziki.
