⑥ NOT VEGAN
I made these videos with the feeling of guiding my friends who are coming to Japan.
I love going to supermarkets when I travel, but it is really difficult for vegans to shop without a guide.
A vegan clerk at a supermarket where I traveled gave me a tour of the store, which was a wonderful memory.
Her guide helped me to find products that I would not have been able to find on my own.
I hope these videos help to make your trip more enjoyable.
* This video includes products containing bone char refined sugar.
When eating processed foods in Japan, it is almost impossible to avoid it.
* The origin of each obscure seasonings and food additives has not been confirmed.
Whether or not I introduce it in this video is based on my personal experience.
There isn't 100% certainty, so please make your own judgments if they are vegan or not.
For example,
Not only "protein hydrolysate (soy derived)", but also ”protein hydrolysate (contains soy)” is usually soy derived.
So I introduce products containing it.
In the case of "protein hydrolysate (contains pork)", of course,
Products that contain "protein hydrolysate" without brackets, are basically excluded.
