Aquafaba 135g
Sugar 100g
Cream of Tartar 1/4 tsp
Soy Milk 120g
Vinegar 1 tsp
Oil 120g
Vanilla Bean 1
Rice Flour 150g
Corn Starch 50g
Vanilla Sugar 10g
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Mahaleb 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
AQUAFABA SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM
Aquafaba 300g
Sugar 225g
Cream of Tartar 1/4 tsp
Vegan Butter 350g
Pan Size: 6''=15cm*3 pans
Bake at 350F/180C preheat oven for 20min
