Vegan Vanilla Cake with Aquafaba (recipe link in the description)

Soft, moist and melt in the mouth Vanilla cake specially for vegans. I used homemade aquafaba ( • Aquafaba - Vegan Egg )
I made this cake by substituting my usual cake ingredients
eggs - aquafaba
butter - vegetable oil
milk - coconut milk
150 ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon white vinegar
⅔ cups aquafaba
2 cups plain flour
1 cup sugar powder divided into 2
1 teaspoon baking powder, divided
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup vegetable oil
Vanilla essence
