Hi there! So, I recommend you to use green bananas or almost completely green ones and not ripe ones because the soup will taste sweet if the bananas are ripe. If you have any doubts about it, cut it a piece of the banana you intend to use in the soup, cook it in water and salt and taste it to see if it's sweet or not. Cheers and happy cooking, folks :)

I made the banana peel meatballs today. It was breakfast time so I ate two bananas, I put 5 bananas in a jar and I absolutely could not eat another banana! What kind of vegetable oil are you using? Typical vegetable oil in the US is cottonseed, canola and soy, and its just GMO processed rancid crap. Im not sure how it is in Europe , but I would recommend not using any of those oils, canola oil is so acidic and toxic.
@ChefJana5 жыл бұрын
I tend to use either corn or soy oil, organic. The goal here is to use a neutral taste vegetable oil, so it doesn't interfere with the taste of the vegetables and has a higher smoke point than olive oil.
