Val Chester Das ist ja Weinstein, daher gelingen Rezepte mit cream of tartar eigentlich, wenn man Reinweinstein-Backpulver benutzt.

Val Chester Ich habe es nun endlich gebacken, für den Geburtstag meiner Oma. Statt cream of tartar habe ich den Saft einer Zitrone und einem gestr. TL Weinstein-Backpulver genommen und um ganz sicher zu gehen noch einen TL Guarkernmehl (Johannisbrotkernmehl ginge sicher genauso). Die Aquafaba ist wirklich super fest geworden und der Kuchen war richtig genial. :D

I made this for my friend - AMAZING - thought the coffee filling was too light when I did it, but on three layers, the flavor softly popped through and didn't dominate. And that Coconut cream frosting... Oh my! it's a special cake deserving of a special occasion and the time it takes to create it.

I made this yesterday for Thanksgiving and despite some of the complications I had while making it, it was a HUGE hit at the party! Everyone raved about how delicious it was ALL night long and were asking for the recipe! While making it I had some trouble with the parchment paper sticking to the cake so much so that as I tried to pull it off it began to crumble the cake a bit. One completely caved in and crumbled. I had to make another batch to account for the ones that got ruined and ended up with a 5 layer cake as the final result. I am really proud of how it came out, it was my first time making a cake that looked this professional. Thank you for the recipe! It is absolutely DELICIOUS.

hot for food I set the timer for 18 minutes to be safe and checked on them often with the oven at 350. I have no idea why it stuck, but I was able to salvage it's all good! (:

Alexandria Addison it’s nearly impossible to get that amount of fluffiness from a vegan recipe.Unless you can find an ingredient that can be whipped and hold its structure when cooked.Egg whites are the main ingredient in angel food cake, so when it’s baked the actual egg cooks into that structure giving is it super light texture.If you find an ingredient like that let me know!!!
