I've been so interested in this book since I read the review on the NYT site! I also work with a Jamaican lady with a plant based daughter and told her about it, she was super keen. I love how unique and authentic the recipes sound.

YESS! This recipe looks stunning, I made some using high protein tofu that I scrambled but I really want to try with impossible now. I didn't put cheese but I made a coriander based chimichurri to go with and it was a great addition break up the dryness of the dough, I 100% recommend. So glad to see you're back on youtube, can't wait for more videos!

I looove cookbooks. I have both of yours, plus e-books. Watching someone follow a recipe and write "sticky note" critiques is so fun to watch on my lunch break. I write sticky notes for recipes that I follow.
