My state alone, (Baja California) has over 15 vegan restaurants/bakeries now! Slowly but surely... thank you for your lovely comment!

I live in Guanajuato México. In the last couple years we have been getting more vegetarian/vegan options. Tazon de Barro is completely vegan gluten free, and we have a young girl Ana who sells vegan sugar free gluten free cheesecakes. 😊

@@Joyce-xr2vi That is so awesome to know! I"ve always wanted to visit Guanajuato... I'm in Baja Califonia and we have a bakery here called "La Flor de la vida" and they have an amazing cake called "Tres Leches," or Three Milks, which is a very popular Mexican cake here but they have obviously veganized it and use rice, coconut and almond milk and I always eat it for my birthday.. and Mr. Tofu, which is our all vegan health food store. Vegetarianism is unfortunately still considered a luxury here but we are definitely making progress!

Girl you seem to miss Thailand sooo much ! Next time if you come to Bangkok please try sushi 🍱 at Waki Waki vegan sushi restaurant ( in Phromphong area ), It was the BEST sushi I ever have and me and my bro are not even vegan. They’re so creative on their food, mostly make the ‘meat’ from veggies or fruits with well marinated, not just vegan meat. I’m sure you will gets so some new inspire. (I recommend the rolls 🔥🤟🏼 and book the table ahead🤍)

Aaah I missed the chance to recommend places! Maya if you come back you must try Vantra, really vibey place with delicious vegan food that’s so healthy, you feel like you float home afterwards! Tofu vegan is a great vegan Chinese also. And Sen Viet Vegan for Vietnamese 💚💚

Oh no! Still so much else to try - the Gate in Hammersmith, Wulf & Lamb in Marylebone. Not to mention the vegan noodle bowl at Ye Ye Noodle & Dumpling. Also Tofu Vegan - vegan Chinese food. There’s a vegan selection at Xi Home Dumplings Bay.

We killed too many animals, we wanted too much and now we are too many on this earth. A lot of problems exist because we are too many, because we were greedy and cared too much about us. I am actually disappointed by the food (Jamaican)- us Jamaicans, especially Rastafarians have been vegans for thousands of years - this food was too fancy, Cook breadfruit, eat rice and akee, rice and peas in coconut butter, fry plantain, callaloo all stuff with out embellishing it for tourists and Londoners. Try sugar cane in it's true form and chewing it
