so happy for you representing my homeland! Some of the best food for the gut, health and longevity of life, I used to have chicken one meal a week, tuna and seafood nearly every day and so many veges :) i barely fell sick and living in australia now I see my peers with gut health issues, IBS, parasites and lactose and gluten intolerant and even allergic to nuts... I rarely saw sri lankans with any such issues :) breakfast was often savoury and use of coconut oil for all cooking makes a huge difference :)
